If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please take a photo of the product and email it to us. We will issue a refund or exchange for the damaged or spoiled product. Please do not discard the product as we may need it for inspection.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you. You can return the incorrect product to us using the pre-paid return label that we will provide.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us and we will issue a refund or exchange. Please note that we may ask for additional information or samples of the product to help us understand the issue.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the product will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
