If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you. You can return the incorrect product to us using the pre-paid return label that we will provide.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the product will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
